We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
All sales are final, and only exchanges are permitted as per the conditions mentioned below.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Courier Charges:
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking options, as Muskkali is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
- Condition of the Product:
The footwear must be returned in good condition without any signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
Exchanges will not be processed if the product does not meet these criteria.

- Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
